I took a bunch of girls to the midnight showing of Twilight lastnight. We have all read the books and it really was a good movie -- followed the book really well. However, in my opinion I would have picked a better looking Edward but, then again, I'm 49! The girls LOVED him. A bit too "goth" for me. He could have ditched the lipstick!!! It was fun -- we are all tired today!

Do you even know how jealous I am? It will be another 2 weeks until we get it on DVD out here in China. We get these types of things on DVD while they are still in the theaters.
Yes, I would've done a young Jonny Depp for Edward. Totally didn't see Edward or Rosalie fitting. I LOVED the other characters though.
I haven't read the books yet so I'm going to wait on the movie. I'm thinking I'll get the books when they are ALL out and they are bound in some cute package at Costco and then I'll turn off my phone and uplug my computer and read for a week straight.
P.S. Maybe Edward has a secret contract with Maybelline?
