A Special Night

Twenty-one years ago tonight, I was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and my life was forever changed. I became a true believer in Jesus Christ ... a devoted follower in His little flock. What a difference coming to know Him and to feel His spirit, has made in my life. I have grown to be a better person because of Him and now I can't imagine my life without Him in it.

How rich my life has become because of the many tender mercies He has blessed me and my family with. I am grateful to be part of the wonderful plan He and Heavenly Father have for those that believe in Him and trust in His love and guidance.

At this special Easter time, I want Him to know that my heart is filled with gratitude for the sacrifices He made on my behalf and on behalf of all those living ... that through Him we have the opportunity to find peace in this tumultuous world, the opportunity to better ourselves and our lives with the promise that one day we may live with Him again.

I will always hold this night close to my heart for it was truly a new beginning!
