Of course, it was good to spend time with her Mom and Dad .......
and even her "cat brothers" .......

but the star of the show in Grandma Sherrill's eyes was ....

While Jacob and Kraig stayed a few days up with Great-Grandma & Great-Grandpa Naylor up in Kamas .... Mabel, Jessica, Nate and I went and had professional pictures done of Mabel at Fotofly. We were all suppose to have a "family picture" done, but Kelsey couldn't come up to have it done with us. So Jessica took it of her little family and of Mabel and they turned out GREAT!
Jess and I spent yhe day figuring out copies for everyone that she wanted to send them to, and we went to Michaels (we had coupons) and bought frames for our own copies and got them all framed.
We decided to have a party at Jessica's for the Naylor/Sandoval Clan. To celebrate Christmas and so that everyone could see Jessica and Nate's new house. We had a full house and it was a lot of fun!

We had a little "late" Christmas up at Keith and Karmen's house in Kamas and opened up presents. Grandma and Grandpa couldn't figure out what we (along with the Boyacks) had given them for Christmas!
We got them "HeatTracks" ... mats that plug in and melt the snow!!
We surprised Jess and Nate by getting the vacuum that Jess and I have always wanted. A Dyson -- Animal vacuum!!! They loved it!!!
Grandma and Grandpa Naylor gave all the Grand kids money in a "puzzle" box.
Grandma finally had to tell them how to get into it!!

Back at Jessica's house ....
She has been making baby food for Mabel with her baby food maker we got her.
Mabel loves to eat little finger foods too -- like "puffs".
Her daddy has a great name for her hands when they look like this ...

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Jessica's with Nate's parents -- Rick and Georgia
We had great food and played lots of fun games.
Forgot to show all the letters that Jessica has been collecting over the years.

Great post! It was so fun having everyone, minus Kelsey :(, here to hang out at the new Homestead. We LOVE LOVE LOVE the "animal"....can't believe how much hair/dirt it sucks up. Nate just vacuumed the stairs yesterday and they look amazing. He was putting it away and looked at it and said, "This thing is awesome. I love it."

PS: Several of those pictures of me just gave me great motivation to get a haircut and lost my baby gut. Hideous!
